What’s Santa bringing your Agency Workers?
On Christmas Eve, those agency workers that have been working for employers continuously since the 1st October acquire additional rights with regards to pay and some benefits because they will have been in place for 12 weeks.

Don’t forget that this means that you have to pay them a comparable rate of pay (including performance/ productivity bonuses, overtime and shift allowances) and give them the same annual leave entitlements – and if this means that your staff get a paid shutdown period over Christmas, this will apply to your agency workers too.
