The RMT Union announced a 3 day national travel strike in June - the biggest dispute on the network since 1989 involving 40,000 members across the UK and including the London Underground.
The 3 days of strike were announced as Tuesday 21st, Thursday 23rd and Saturday 25th June 2022, and caused major travel disruption to employees getting to and from work.
But is this the last of it, or will there be more and if so, how will your business and staff cope with the disruption caused?
You may have made ad hoc arrangements this time, but if the situation develops such that this happens more regularly, you need to plan ahead so that staff know what is expected of them. HR Solutions has put together some helpful advice. See
